Lost & Found 2

On the last day of Hanukah, my rabbi gave to meeeeee, Afrojack's music bundle for freeeeeee! Yesterday, Afrojack released part 2 of his Lost & Found series; an EP jam packed with that hot, dirty dutch sound! No fooling around, he puts aside all his popular stylings and goes balls deep in that filthy house that put him on the map! 3 thumbs up!
I'm only giving you two tracks to tease your appetite. Go to and cawp the rest! Worth every penny!

OH MAH GAWWWWWDDD. The definition of "horny" :)

House of Codes

Codes is seedy looking mothafucka, which makes sense, seeing as how his disco-esque beats are characteristic of a nasty old man leftover from the 70's. The youngster was recently signed to DJ Craze & Kill The Noise's super label, "Slow Roast Records," and the whole thing reminds me of Fools Gold Records since DJ Craze has won every DJ title like 69 different times (just like A-Trak) and the label has artists playing everything from dubstep to hip-hop.

Anyways, Codes has been getting some attention due in part to his exclusive mix for Avalon and the moombahtony remix he and Craze did for Duck Sauce's Big Bad Wolf. His 5-track EP, Codes House, has some bangin' tracks on it, and I'll be sharing the highlights with you below...

This has been the number one track off the EP and it's pretty obvious why; it's a catchy ass disco slap. In fact, this track is so catchy, I began bobbing my head straight into my desk and I didn't even care. It was awesome. As an added bonus, this track has a nifty little music video to go along with it...

God Bless:

HONK, HONK, HONK HONK. HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK HONK. GOD BLESS. Who would have thought so many geese could have made such a nice sounding disco track.

What You Gonna Do:

What am I gonna do? I'm going to listen to this track on repeat over and over again, that's what I'm gonna do. This track is a nice change of pace as it's not a full on disco face smash. There's a nice little electro interlude after each, "whatchu gonna do", which I  think, is a nice touch. Keep on doing what you're doing, Mr. Codes.

Pictures says it all! As we are nearing the end of the year and beginning the start of the end of the world, producers worldwide want to celebrate by giving you something to wiggle to over the holiday season! Today, I got three killllllllllllller mixes from three continuous series that have always set the standards high. I'm sure you'll find something you like.

It is more than apparent that Nicky Romero is a sufficient producer. After grabbing everyone's attention with his remix of Green Velvet's Flash, the young gun (only 22 years old) continues to making his mark with the most tenacious style! Following his GIANT singles this year like Beta and Camorra, today, he tops all of that with Toulouse! This track packs a beautiful big room punch with one of the juiciest bass lines to date! Monday called in sick, time to party!

B33t basket

DONE WITH MY FINALS. Free as a bird. Time to get weird.

Da Worm:

Mad Decent has started a free music blog called "Jeffrees" (I don't know if it has to do with the Get Him To The Greek reference), where they are giving out tons of free tracks from artists off their label. Bro Safari here with a phat 808 and funky moombah beat. As the Germans would say "Viggle like a vürmstein!"

Don't Turn On The Lights:

Harvest is a super clubby song from...FELIX CARTEL?!?!!? Super interesting to see him go from gut-ripping electro to something of this nature. I think its pretty catchy and a good medium for those who like more of a mainstream sound but still want a little bite.

Jingle Bells:

This song is oh so fitting in the month of December. I'm honestly sick of the same christmas songs every year. No Body does everyone a big favor by kicking up your holiday party to 128 bpm!
Raver Santa approves!

Mission Impossible (Tiesto Remix):

Things have changed! That is all I can say. Dope remix from the main man! Hollllllywooooooooooodddddd

Zeds Dead

If you like versatility, something different, and creative, Zeds Dead is the music for you. Native to Canada, DC and Hooks sharpened the dubstep game by stepping out of genre boundaries and pushing their sound to where other producers didn't feel safe. Their music molds hip-hop, THEE wobbliest-bass music, and even moombahton and reggae. Their latest project, Ruckus The Jam, a juiced low-end, electro hybrid, that completely caught me off guard but reaffirmed that Zeds Dead is going no where. I can already tell you're not ready for this so prepare yourself because its about to get realllll plastic surgery/ face reconstruction/you're-going-to-end-up-looking-like-Shrek ugly.

Ruckus The Jam:

o, wuts dat? u lyk bass?............. HERE IS 100,000 POUNDS OF IT, MOTHER FUCKER.

Who Is Ready to Jump

What up B33t heads! Today the remixes were released for Chuckie's delightful, dutch original, Who Is Ready To Jump. Encompassing jacked-up bass lines backed by whining synths, this track is the perfect surge of energy to your set. Two of the more remarkable remixes were done by the Kings of Bass, Dada Life, and moombahstep mastery by Dillon Francis! Whether you're ready or not, it's time to jump!

Who Is Ready To Jump (Original Mix):

Who Is Ready To Jump (Dada Life Remix):
It feels like they were holding back on this track. Needs a tad more grease. Nonetheless, I can dig it!

HARD x Mouth Taped Shut

This, right here, is amazing!!!!! HARD and Mouth Taped Shut are throwing 5 RIDICULOUS shows for free! A few weeks back, they posted a different poster for the 5 lucky cities that would be granted this magical, musical event. Almost like a renegade rave, as the dates near to the various free parties, HARD opens up an RSVP list on their site, from which anyone in the area is guest listed (for free) to go. What also is nuts is that the talent they have pulled together are brick-shitting ridiculous: The Bloody Beetroots in NY, Sebastian Ingrosso in Chicago, alongside with "smaller" acts like James Murphy and Proxy!!!!
They have yet to release the SF, LA, and London line up, which are set to go off mid December.
More specifically, San Francisco will happen on Dec. 16th, meaning RSVP/the line up is going to open up soon! STAY ON YOUR TOES! Follow them @hardfest on Twitter for the latest updates as well as religiously checking their site:

This is the coolest thing ever! I can't get over the fact that all of this is free for the fans. Maddddd props to Hard for putting all this together.

B33t Dump

Heavens to Betsy! I guess since this is the last month of the year, every producer wants to end it with a lasting impression. Today, I got a massive midweek b33t basket with KILLER, chart toppling tunes from every big name in the book! Here is the perfect pick-me-up to get over your finals blues.

Kick Out The Epic Motherfucker:

If this is the first tune of the b33t basket, you know it only gets better from here! I don't even know what the title even means but who currz! Another bassalicious b33t from our Dada brothers. Are your finals getting in the way of your drinking career? Then kick out the epic mother fucker!

Before This Night Is Through:

When Avicii wants to drop the "happy, uplifting house" appearance and get a little dirty, he cleverly switches to his alias, Tim Berg. Here is a darker, edger tune for all your slimy bastards! I can dig it!

End it with a bizz-ang! Here is the brand new Bingo Players track that is the perfect closer! You'll be humming the melody long after the show is over. 10/10 would listen to again.

Who Is Wearing The Cap (A-Trak Remix)

A few weeks back, Laidback Luke and Sander Van Doorn put out Who's Wearing The Cap; a wobbly, big room track that is strong in flavor but not thaaattt good in my book =/ Today, the remixes were released and A-trak pulls down his pants and takes a doo-doo on the original track! This is fast paced, funky ass house at its finest and for sure guaranteed to fire up the females! FUCK YEAH!

Who's Wearing The Cap (A-trak Remix):

If you haven't heard the original, just so you can hear how much better A-trak's version is, here it is:
Who's Wearing The Cap (Original Mix):

I guess if you really want this version.....................Harvest

b33t basket

2much house. Time 4 techno. You will like. If you don't like, I will kill.

La Sheitan:

This krazy tune is off Maelstom's lastest EP, Tanger, freshly released via BNR records; home of some of the best technical producers. I read the title as "La shitten"....I guess this could slap pretty hard in the bathroom...

Tanger (BNR Edit):

The Boss himself (Boys Noize) jumps on this track and gives it his magical touch! We need another original album from this man ASAP! Be on the look out for his 2 disk remix album (Dec 5). A compilation of all his remixes, showcasing his unique style!

Alright, so this isn't all techno today, but this is a sweet collaborations between Bart B More and Rubix. It's got that hard, acid-house bounce over crispy high's and phat snares. You will shake that ass!

Let The Beat Control Your Body:

Saved the best for last. Brodinski released this monstrosity off his newest label, Bromance. Would it be a compliment if I said this track was mentally retarded? Wait let me re-word that: This track will turn you mentally retarded! ...wait a more try: This track is MENTAL!!!!!!
I would make a stretch and say it is my top tune of 2011......
So original. So awesome.
I did a better write up for Speaker Noise Society regarding this chune. Check it out! Give them a Like. A lot of big things coming from that site.
