Hard Cruise

(Notice how it says "+Much More" on the bottom right corner...good god...)
When word first surfaced that HARD was going to have a cruise event, my hands got a little sweaty. Just the idea of sailing on a 5-star cruise ship, in the Bahamas, solely for the purpose of partying to the live chunes of some of today's biggest artist keeps me up at night. Today, they released all the info pertaining to the event of a lifetime. Sadly, due to my age and lack of cash flow, I'll be sitting on the side lines with my head in my hands. Woe is me. For those of you who are ballin in the benjamins and want to start off the last year on earth in THEE most fashionable style, be sure to check out the Official Website! Abso-fvcking-lutely ridiculously awesome.

If you buy me a ticket, I will be your personal slave for a month.
I will literally tend to your EVERY need......and I mean EVVERRRYTHING ;) ......

Boot leggin'

Shwhat is a "boot leg"? "The term bootlegging originally came from concealing hip flasks of alcohol in the legs of boots." Well, in our case that doesn't make any sense....

Together Nillionaire (Bootleg):

This track is a few months old but fvck it! The build up is retarded phat on this track! What is a "nillionaire"?

The Moment (Ken Loi Bootleg):

If you're an avid harvester, you'll remember Steve Angello's 10/10 edit of this track. Ken Loi does the unthinkable and adds even BIGGER (yes, its possible) sounds with catchy vocals, blue-balling builds, and stadium-crushing drops. This one will kill the crowd time after time. Must harvest of the day. 11/10

Turbulence Are Your Friends (Revolvr Bootleg):

AWESOME BOOT LEG of Turbulence. As you can tell by the title, it is mashed with Justice Acappella. SUPER SURPRISE near 3:20. Don't want to ruin it for you but its PHAT!
Check out Revolvr's Facebook for more free tracks! This guy is dopeeee. Must Harvest!

Weekend B33t Basket

It's the freakin' weekin' and I've been slacking on the posts SO to make up for it, I dug deep in the b33t garden for some A+ gems to win you back. Nothing turns me on more than a large, juicy, bulbous b33t! Included in this mix is a lil sum sum for erryone! Filthy electro house and fat house chunes to take your weekend to the next level! ALRIGHT! *We both jump up and give each other the perfect high five* N_joy

Hide And Seek (Otto Knows Bootleg):

I remember this track getting TONS of attention in early 2010. Only recently has it finally been released for the masses to get uplifted in the private of their homes! One of THEE best remixes of arguably one of the best songs! Be ready for this track to get outplayed (again) worldwide this summer!

We Tell (Original Mix):

While Boys Will Be Boys sounds like a pre-pubescent boy band, it is actually a tag team collaboration of Tiesto and Angger Dimas. After huge success of their first single, We Rock, they come with a more deep-progressive approach in their next single, We Tell. What I REALLLLLY like about this track is that throughout, you can hear old-school Tiesto melodies on top of the more modern house break; which is refreshing after hearing non-stop pop-house from the Trance God. (Example of this can be heard around 3:30)

We Rock (Original Mix):

If you're the reader that likes to listen to mixes, you'll recognize this song in almost every house set today. I really want to like this track but something is off. The breaks on this track are fvcking FAT! Have a listen, let me know what you think.

Freak (Sound Of Stereo Remix):

A couple of days back, I posted a little taste of Autoerotique's Freak EP. While the original and the TAI remix are both slamming b33ts, Sound Of Stereo takes home the trophy! THIS IS THE HARVEST of the day! HEAVY, guttural synth on top of hard driving bass, makes this a go-to banger. People rear back when this track drops. After having a listen, you're not going to want to miss Sunday service tomorrow. So Damn Dirty.

Save The World (Style Of Eye & Carli Remix):

A lot of people were complaining that the original of this track lacked the heavy house element that SHM is known to bring. WELL, COMPLAIN NO MORE! Style Of Eye and Carli completely reformat the track and turn the happy go lucky, sing-a-long pop tune into a BIG ROOM, HEAVY hitter! jksgjlerhghjklgjs This is actually the must harvest of the day! I'm tempted to say that this remix might be better than the original....

That's all folks!

Free Treats Vol. 1

What up ya'll! Woke up this morning to find out that Skrillex is starting a free series of music from grade A producers, entitled "Free Treats". As you can see from the picture, the first installment includes work from Skrillex himself, 12th Planet, up and coming killa, Flinch, and electro extraordinaire, Zedd.
Out of the first 2 dubstep tracks, I'm going to have to go with Flinch's original. He smoothly follows the melody and doesn't over juice the track. My favorite out of the 3 is definitely the Zedd track. A light, prog. b33t that will keep the dance floor moving. Very pleasant on the ears.

Needed Change Ft. 12th Planet:

World On Fire:

Hold on to your face

Changes Ft. Champions:

One thing sucky about this track is that Zedd (or whoever) decided to jew us (jk) and put it out in 160 kbps.

Remember folks, all of these tracks are free on Skrillex's Facebook. Show him some love by Liking his page/S his D a little so that he'll continue these free EP's!

Calvin Harris has been cooking up a storm these past few months. The self-dubbed Creator of Disco rocked a two hour set during Radio 1's Big Weekend, dropping massive originals like his own, Awooga, David Guetta's Sweat, and an unreleased remix if his latest single, Bounce.       WHAT UP b33theadz! Today marks the official release of Afrojack & R3hab's collaboration, PRUTATAAA! This song has been hyped for quite some time now and there isn't all too much to say. It's big, it's dirty, and it will tear up your sound system! So far, this is my choice for  #1 single of the summer! HARVEST NOW!

Harvest NOW!

Hahaha awesome music video!

Gotta get down on Friday. Today is dedicated to  Hitting you with 4 trunk slaps that will melt your system; featuring big releases from Datsik and Jacob Plant. Don't have much else to write about except that all four of these tracks are heavy as fuhhhhhh. Enjoy.

Sun of  A Gun (Jacob Plant Remix):

Last weekend, this track aired on Pete Tong's Essential Selection show. The vocal sample is dope as well has the ball-squeezing bass. Must harvest!

King Kong:

Bare and Datsik london bridge this track with bass that will melt your face. Kind of reminds me of that "Swagger" track.

This track is more of that screech and grind people seem to like. I'm not a fan but I posted this for you bass heads out there. I noticed Datsik likes to incorporate a lot of rap over his tracks. Rap + dubstep = the future? I see it happening more and more every day. Doesn't sound too terrible. Who knows....

Dirt On The Side:

Another example of rap in dubstep! A filthy, sluggish track from Point Blank.

Weekend B33t Basket!

Can't stop the king! Only hope to contain him!
Here at Fresh b33ts, Thursday marks the start of the weekend! Coming at you hard with five face melting, belly jiggling, back breaking, teeth shattering tracks to kick off THEE first weekend of summer! For those still in school, I don't know what else to say...good luck? Until then, the rest of us will be sitting poolside, getting more Vitamin D then appropriate, working on turning our winter coats into lovely, dark-skinned leather.

Where You Should  Be (Jack Beats Remix):

The official remix pack of Skream's Where You Should Be, finally released with work done by Jack Beats, Laidback Luke, Shy FX, and more. While each remix was equally unique and awesome, nothing beats that JACK BEATS WOBBLE! Very smoove track!

Save The World (Pierre Hubert Remix):

One of our readers left this song in the comment box. I was pleasantly surprised. The intro through the first verse is very similar to the original track but then it drops! Mr. Hubert dirties the friendly, pop track with some electro filth! Be sure to check out his personal music page, where all his music is up for free download! Support!

In Division  (S-T3RRA's We Are All Fucked Remix):

While house is most popular right now, S-Terra continues to taint the minds of the youth with his self dubbed "Horror Electro". Very original, refreshing music that a lot of you will appreciate: Hard electro cuts and bass that will squeeze you until you pop! Check out his Soundcloud for free downloads of the rest of his tracks and make sure to stop by his Facebook and show some support!

Dance Machine:

Continuing with the theme of music that makes your heartstop, Gtronic's latest single is nothing but calories and deep-fried everything!

Nitro Party Music (Original Mix):

This Hypster fellow came out of nowhere, stealing the Beatport #1 spot with his latest hit, The Uprising. Here is his follow up single that definitely does not disappoint. Harvest now!

Chuck Norris fears one thing...AND ONE THING ONLY: Vin Diesel.
Fast Five for an Oscar!!!

new Afrojack

Yet again, ANOTHER release from everyone's favorite dutch producer, Afrojack! Taking The Wombat's indie-hit, Techno Fan (off their new album, This Modern Glitch), Afrojack trades poppy guitar licks with silky synths and four to the floor bass that will have every hipster high stepping in their Converse high tops. Be sure to check out the original track. This band is like a combination of The Killers and The Strokes. I can dig it!

Techno Fan (Afrojack Club Mix):

Perfect tune to kick off the summer!

Pressure (Alesso Remix):

Jailbait (Original Mix):

Weird title I must say....
Either way, an edgy prog. cut from the man of the hour. Be sure to check out the remixes as well.

Avicii=add to the bucket list.

Raise Your Weapon: The Remixes

Producers are getting younger and younger every day....At only 16, Madeon, a nu-disco/house producer and a native of France, is pulling a lot of attention in his direction. With past hits such as Que Te Veux and his big Wolfgang Gartner mash-mix, Anthology, he is showing the world that age has no correlation with skills. He continues to wow listeners with his latest project, a groovy dance remix of Raise Your Weapon. Slightly Daft Punk-esque with phat disco breaks, THIS remix smashes the original. CHECK IT OUT NOW and N_Joi.

Raise Your Weapon (Madeon Remix):

Wiggle music! MUST HARVEST!

Raise Your Weapon (Noisia Remix):

Nothing nice about this track. Suns out, guns out; Noisia comes head on with another drumstep banger.

Raise Your Weapon (Stimming Remix):

A trippy, experimental, minimalist take on the track. I imagine a bunch of durty hipsters in a slimy jazz lounge, sitting in a circle, equipped with various tambourines and bongo drums, getting WEIRD.Very peculiar and different but I really like it. Don't expect to be blown away; be patient and listen to the entire song before your make your judgement. Pour yourself a glass of smooth of scotch, kick back, and clear your mind with this odd ball of a b33t.

Come on Lebron. I KNOW YOU GOT THIS!

Pete Tong Essential Selection

What is up urrbody! Nothing compliments studying for finals more than solid mish-mash-mix of music! Two days ago, on Pete Tong's influential Radio 1 Broadcast: Essential Selection, he unveiled some of summers' hits to-be. GIT IT

Bubble Gutz:

Freak (TAI Remix):

Another huge release from Autoerotique via Dim Mak. Here's the TAI remix. Whether you've been naughty or nice, get ready for some serious ear punishment. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE ENTIRE FREAK EP. Chock full of phat remixes from big names like Joachim Garraud, Sound of Stereo N moar!

SAVE THE WORLD! + moar!!!

No, your eyes are not mistaken! Save The World leaked two days early!!! I am sure this is the real deal/final version in 320 gold. Harvest away.

Save The World ft. John Martin (Extended Mix):

Shall I begin to rant and rave about how awesome this track is? Many critics feel that the SHM lost their heavy house edge in this single, compared to their other big hits (One and Miami to Ibiza) but I disagree! THE SHM WILL NEVER LOSE THEIR EDGE. Music greats just like to switch it up every once in a while. Yeah, this track is a little softer but it still is a dance floor banger and will shake stadiums worldwide! Me Likey

Personal Jesus (Eric Prydz Remix):

The Swedish Mafia dropped this track on the world at their Miami Masquerade show, getting more then just a good response; people were going absolutely crazy like a crowded apartment of crack heads fighting over the last rock. Don't get confused because this ain't no Mafia production! It's YA BOI E-PRYDZ and he is bringing techno back into the lime light! The track starts off a little eerie and slow....and then the bass line hits.....game over.

Fun (Sebjak Remix):

You know that feeling when you hear a song that you just have to have? Well, long story short: Yesterday, while sitting in my friends car, stuffing a gyro into my face (Mediterranean food is the BOMB DOT COM), this song popped up on the radio. I went home as fast as I could and frantically went track hunting. GREAT SUHSESS! Ya'll welcome.

A lot of people keep telling me the harvest button doesn't work....WELL, pull your head of the ground and scroll the right side of the page for download instructions. If you're still confused, go to your utensil drawer and try swallowing a knife.

OH another thing, I was testing out the music player on this page through my laptop speakers and almost cried. PLEASE listen to these tracks through some quality speakers or headphones. Appreciation-levels will overload.

B33ts with B4SS!!

What up, what up! Switching it up a bit and hitting you with some BASS-HEAVY b33ts! Got a little bit of urrthang from dubstep to some dear-t electro! Lots of big releases came out this past weekend and many more to come this week (Save The World, May 13th). My mood has only been getting better with summer just around the corner! BIG THINGS TO COME!

The Uprising (Original Mix):

Lately, electro house producers try to pack their tracks with too many different sounds, it gets to be too much at times. Hypster finds the perfect balance of call and response. The opera samples only make this track that much more epic!

Louder (Flux Pavilion & Doctor P):

It's been a while since a dubstep track has pulled this much attention! Rightfully so, THIS TRACK IS MONSTROUS!

Pacifica (Vocal Mix):

Spor's (aka Feed Me) latest project! This track is very different that the other stuff he has been putting out.. matter of fact, its very different than anything ANYONE has been putting out! Awesome dark, grungy, drumstep banger that will chill thy spine!

Next time....we take shots of bleach

Cinco De Mayonnaise

I had a big ol' write up for this post but the stupid comp. decided to fail on me and the auto-save decided to follow suit. I am too lazy to re-write it/can't remember all the HILARIOUS, CLEVER blurbs that were included so here's the shortened version:
4 smoking hot remixes that will tickle your pickle. N_Joy.

The first pair of b33ts are remixes done on Dada Life's latest smash hit. I am torn as to which one is better but for the sake of Cinco De Mayo, I'll go with the R3hab remix just because I know you Latinos out there like that dirty trumpet and rusty trombone all up in yo ears! Olé!!!
Fight Club Is Closed (R3hab and Ferruccio Salvo Remix):

*SIDE NOTE: Speaking of R3hab, as I was surfing teh interwebz, I noticed a lot of blogs were posting "leaked" versions of his collaboration with Afrojack, Prutataa. Well, before you go creaming your pants over this future #1 hit, R3hab released this personal PSA from his twitter:
To all you people that have twitters out there:
@djr3hab: #releasethedamntrackalready!!!!!

I think I'm going to make a freshb33ts twitter someday...

Fight Club Is Closed (Hardwell Remix):

Next up....
Hard hitting house from Tommy Trash and Angger Dimas! While I don't know too much about the original track, these next two remixes are HUGE! Turn your speakers up to 11 to reach nirvana. IF I had a gun to my head and had to choose which one I preferred, I'd probably just die.... MEANING BOTH THESE SONGS ARE A+, MUST HARVEST MATERIAL!
Summer Of Love (She Said) (Tommy Trash Remix):

Summer Of Love (She Said) (Angger Dimas Remix):

1800 Tequila can't actually pour you a shot

Good Feelings

Whattup ya'll. All this good weather is nice and all but these allergies are absolutely destroying me. I think I've set a record for Most Consecutive Sneezes (14 no LIE!)...anyways......
The fast growing popularity of electronic music has its pros and cons. The pros being production as a whole is really improving. Now that anyone and everyone can make their own music, producers can't put out B+ tracks. It's go big or go jump off a cliff. The cons? It's a long list but I'll knock off a few: all the kids that ride deadmao-five's jock, all the bullshvt radio "techno", etc. THE POINT BEING, while this music is getting mainstreamed like a motherfvcker, the true artists out there haven't forgotten their original audiences and stick to making GOOD music. /endrant

Pop On Acid (Original Mix):

After reaching 100,000 followers on Twitter and 250,000 on Facebook, as a small token of appreciation,  Afrojack released a funknasty rework of one of his biggest hits, Pacha On Acid, for free! THIS is the Afrojack we know and love! Solid tech-house flow with house drops that'll hit you in the sweet spot every time! Sadly its only in 192k, so all you DJs are going to have to wait til the "official" release of the track.

Sliced (Original Mix):

LEAKED! Don't know if there is an official release date for this track nor do I know what changes are going to be made for the final release but I do know that it's going to blow up! Nicky Romero, most famous for his remix of Green Velvet's Flash, teams up with the Bingo Players, to birth a hard-edged, big-room smash hit! MUST HARVEST!

Levels (Original Mix):

L34KED!!!! Yes, another leak and like before, changes probably will be made for the final release. Word on the street is that the real name for this song is going to be "Somacho"! With such a high standard set by himself, Avicii continues to put out masterpiece after masterpiece! This b33t has SUMMER HIT written all over it. I really dig the vocal sample in the middle of this track. Check out the Pretty Lights version of the same sample.

Deadmao-five on Epic Meal Time....
I guess cuz they are both Canadian...
NEXT TIME....we eat a baby

If I had a twitter:

Tuesday, May 3, 2011

I've wanted to address this fairly "newer" genre of music for quite some time. If you keep up with Fresh B33ts, you've already got a small flavor and can't wait for more of what we call: Moombahton (moom-bah-tun)! It's fresh. It's addicting, and it's spreading like a venereal disease! At a slower tempo than most dance music, Moombahton combines Reggaeton back beats and anything from Latin-Fusion, Dutch House, and even hip-hop or dubstep to create some of the funkiest b33ts to date! This music will pair perfectly with tequila and pinatas! Mexico, May 5th, Moombahton! Now get out in that field and start harvesting b33ts! JUST KIDDING ^_^

Munchi makes mean moombahton monster mixes! While this track is a little less tropical and more hardcore, be sure to check out his other productions. Super versatile.

Esta Noche:

Turn down the lights and turn up the sexual intercourse! Dirty slow jam from my main man, Munchi!

Masta Blasta:

Dillon Francis is making some serious splashes in the electronic pool! Another beat bomb!

Show Me Love (Morrison's Moombahton Mix):

Absolute FIRE remix on the ever-popular club smash! MUST HARVEST!

that moom that goes BOOM!
